Do you use to walk daily?

Well, Walking is a good habit and helps the body greatly. Do you have an habit of walking daily? If so how much distance you walk a day? I have heard in few places that "Walking is the good exercise". Do you think it will be really that effective to walk daily?

I have started exercising this new year. That consists of walking on my treadmill for about 30 minutes daily.

Hello,McMohan! Actually walking is a good and effective exercise,specially for those who are suffering from diabetes and obesity.Even walking is beneficial for those who are under depression.Normally I walk for about four KM daily in the evening though I am free from any lifestyle disorders.thanx.
