I'm bored to death! I often hear that expression from my friends. Is there really such a thing as being bored to death? What does it imply if you say you are bored to death? More importantly, when you are bored to death or just plain bored, what do you do to get out of the doldrums? Do you get bored often?

Yes the expression is quite right. But never a dull moment for me.I have my wife, daughter, computer, business associate, books and music that makes me live for ever.I just simply refuse to die with boredom.

Attaboy! That's the spirit. in the end it really depends on us how we live our life, how we make the most of what we have and whether we will know how to enjoy the things and the people around us so we don't get bored .

i do get bored at times.this is mainly due to inactivity.when i do get that syndrome,i do go for a walk.it instantly refreshes me.

I will try to do that next time i really get bored. I think a walk would indeed be refreshing and chase away my boredom.
