Hi, mylotters! last week one of my room's light went out and found it didn't work any more...i went to a store and bought a compact flurescent light(CFL)and this has been the second time i bought this kinds of bulbs...compared to a regular bulbs , CFLs are more effifient and less expensive to use in the long run though its much more expensive for a single product..however, CFLs often don't work well with dimmer swithes or in hot or cold conditons...so guys, would i like to use a CFL ? why?

CFL of course saving power is a major thing we need to do and putting more money at a sngle time isn't that big a problem because they have a very good life span as compared to bulbs

I really appreciate your move there. I feel w all should switch to CFL lights since it does so much to conserve energy. In our recent go green pledge we have been harping on that only. CFL consumes energy to great extent. The only thing is that you must keep safe distance of about 1-2 feet from it. Thanks.
