I love massage. Be it with human hands or massaging gadgets. For sure, it is better with human touch, that is why massage is getting popular, after day's work or play. Massage is also a therapy for body aliments and enhancing blood circulation. Applying with essential oils over the tired body is so relaxing and our skin texture become smooth. In the monetary factor, massage will also be costly when it is done too often as a luxury.

I am thinking of going to school for accupressure... and yes it works greatly... i already can do it.. just am not really schooled on it.. however.. if one is in fear of the money issue of it.. there are many ways a person can take care of some of the issues on ones own self.. one thing... message your feet daily with caster oil.. as it takes out inflamation... if you feel pain when you message.. put more effort in that spot.. if you feel heat or rather a spot that is more hot than the rest.. take extra time with it.. do it as deap as you wish... if you have teeth aches.. there is a spot on your upper arm... and it should be quite painful when you are messaging it... if you h ave a headache try messaging the point where your thumb and first finger meet.. it will hurt.. b ut if its the type of headache then it will help.. if your blood pressure is up.. message where your big toe pad meets the other pad on your foot... if you have heat flashes.. message on your leg the bone that goes up from your feet to your knees! if you have other aliments do a research for accupressure.. and find where you need to message... BUT... there is nothing better than having a good message from another person.. hope this helps some

I had also tried acupressure before for my injured right leg. The accupressurist that attended to me before, started treatment from the foot. It really hurts. Thanks for sharing your tips. Will try someday.

I just love massage and spa. I feel so ralxed after a nice massage. it is one way of destressing oneself. But yeah, it is really costly but i dont think it is a luxury to do it. For a person who works hard, for me it is a necessity.

Its so relaxing after a good massage and spa, or even soak yourself in hot bath, like the japanese do. With aromatherapy added, massaging costs more, but we can supply our own essential oils during such sessions. I have tried aromatherapy usually with destressing and relaxing oils. Here, in my city, there are many traditional massage centres, like Thai, Chinese, Indonesian and maybe others, I do not know of. I have no special preference to which, as long as the person doing is good at it.
