how do u remove ur stress?

hey, all my friends here, when u feel unhappy or suffer a huge pressure, how will u remove ur stress? eating? singing? shouting? shopping?or talking to ur friends? or some other good ways? when i was in a blue mood, i usually buy lots things to eat. Just sitting there and eating. shopping is a good way to remove ur stree, once i saw pretty shoes ,cloth, bags...all the sadness gone... maybe this way are only popular among girls...so.how about boys? running? or playing games? even drinking? how will u face ur negative emotion? do u have a good way to overcome ur rainy day? thank you for sharing, best wishes

My ways of getting relief from stress is similar to many other friends here. I would try to engage in some entertaining activities to keep mind away from events causing the stress or unhappiness. Often I try to relax by doing some relaxation exercise of mind. Reading also helps me diverting my mind away from bothering memories.

when i was unhappy...i'd prefer to stay alone...or go to some queit cafe...and sitting there for a whole day..just order some coffees... entertainning activities would make me much blue... hehe... thank you for reply best wishes

If I have a problem in day time, I go for a walk - a strong, fast walk.In this way I can "talk to myself", walk fast and get tired. So I come home and go to sleep. if the problem is at night, I take a sleeping pill and go to bed. next day I wake up and if I still ahve no answer for myself, I start talking to friends.

sleeping pill..Ooops..it doesn't do any benefit to our bodies.. if u can't sleep bcz of the pressure or blue mood.. take a glass of hot milk..it helps u out from bad mood..and make u sleep quickly too and milk is much better than sleeping pill.. hehe... thank you for replying best wishes

i used to play games to remove my pressure.winning elevn is the best game i played . when i am playing games ,i could forget all the things ,of course ,including the bad things. but now i usually do not play games any more.because i do not have enough time to play games.the only method to release huge pressure is smoking.when i fall into a lot of troubles ,i could smoke much.and after smoking ,i will feel better.

i think bizmen get used to smoking for remove the pressure..like my dad... when i saw he is smoking heavily..and sitting there ...i know he is unhappy... i don't smoke.. eatting or shopping is a better way for me.. lol thank you for reply best wishes

most of the time I am a typically happy and optimistic person. Thus I'm rarely in bad mood. for bad mood cause by specific incident, I will either talk to my best friends, my sister or my husband. on the rare occasion of blue mood with no specific incident, I will take time off to have self-reflection and let the blue past with time. if this doesn't work, usually a sleep at night will do the trick. hehehe.... what can I say? I have this motto of "why worry today when i can do the worrying tomorrow? I don't need to waste my time now in the event that I die later today and the worrying didn't solve the problem anyway." When I am in the angry mood then i switched on my computer and listen romatic songs. In this i relaxed myself from stress,music is great way to relax during stress and headace as it cool down our impulse

Ooops, i love listening songs too ,but noe some romatic songs..maybe much sorrow songs... though...this songs make me even down..but i always could find some strong inside the song..then quickly wake up from the bad mood thank you for ur reply best wishes

i like to take a long walk when i am stressed. somehow it helps put things in perspective then i realize how trivial the things that i have been stressing about are. i also like to buy comfort food like chocolates and potato chips to help me feel better :)

When some unhappy feeling attacks my heart ,I will try to pay most of my attetion to other things .If it is difficult in the room ,I will go outside ,and take a walk.I will tell myself that ration must come first ,because since something has happened ,you have to face it and deal with it .When returning ,I will usually get the ideas to deal with the unhappy feeling or huge pressure.Happy mylotting!

When I am stressed I do a couple different things..... Talking about it usually helps so if I can I call one of my 2 best friends or go to my boyfriend. They are almost always willing to let me vent for a few minutes. Sometimes they even give me some helpful advice on ways to deal with the situation. If it is something that I can't talk about, then I go to a room where I can just listen to my music, or I go for a long drive to try to think it through and sort things out on my own. I am pretty good at coming up with at least a few scenarios that might work, then maybe I'll take it to one of my friends for some advice.I do tend to drink when I am particularly upset or when I am having a really tough time dealing with whatever is bothering me.

talking to friends is desirable way.. but i never told anything unhappy things to anyone, i will keep it myself.maybe due to my grown background ..i grown up alone...so i used to kept all the things in my heart.. but i will try to find other ways to solve the porblems.. like to the forum..ask post a note there ask for the advice... hehe... thank you for ur reply best wishes

How about try reading a book, an inspirational book at that? Og Mandino is really a good author.
