I heard that drinking a glass of warm water with a zip of vinegar in the morning, just after wake up, will help in reducing weight.
Any of you know if this is correct?

I don't know how warm water would help, but they say that vinegar binds fat in the intestines (from the food you eat), so that's probably where that came from. I've also heard that drinking a glass of water with a teaspoon of vinegar in it before each meal will help lose weight. It sounds reasonable to me.

I think the deal with the warm water is that it jumpstarts your metabolism. Thats why with all the new diet fads nowadays they all tell you to have a glass of warm water in the morning. And as far as the vinegar goes, its supposed to be apple cider vinegar, not white vinegar. It helps curb appetite, is a detoxification agent, absorbs and blocks fat formation, boosts the immune system, supplies amino acids, minerals and vitamins, aids in metabolism to help burn and metabolize food efficiently.

i haven't heard of warm water w/ vinegar could help you reduce weight.
hmm, but one time on one tv show in the philippines called "salamat dok", the doctor says that its good to drik hot water with lemon juice or calamansi juice (without sugar)first thing in the morning. it would help in the elimination of toxins which i think stores fat.

Has anybody tried this before?
I have heard from people who are dieting that they are adviced to take 2 glasses of warm water on empty stomach(adviced by dietician).
I have also heard of drinking a glass of warm water mixed with a teaspoon of honey that too on an empty stomach(not sure whether it is adviced by dieticians).
If anybody has found success in using vinegar please let me know.
