I guess these days cell phone has taken a major share of most people's life... Walking, resting, jogging, working, we guys are glued to our cell.. Considering all of this can you survive without your cell phone? I personally believe if I have to part with my cell phone then I will incur a small financial loss, loose a few friends ( there are some whom I have been in touch only through my cell and not met them since years ).. loose a good time pass instrument.. What abt you?

I can be happy without a cellphone. According me, my actual world will be far more simple when there is no cell phone. Maybe we can be more calm. Only in the current period as the all-round fast charged. We must acknowledge that the existence of cell phones is very useful

No my cell phone is not a major part of my life. I could live without it. It's terrible how people have become glued to their cell phones. But as important as you think you are, I think it might only take you a week to enjoy the freedom you gained when it's gone;)

Well, I can surive without cell phone. I am very careless about my cellphone. Sometimes I forget to take the phone to office and give tension to my husband. I will charage it only once in a while and keept it shutdown when I am tensed or anry with some. . I don't care much about that. I can live without that, but my husband can't.

Wherever i go, i first search to see if i have cellphone in my pocket, if not i run and take it back, if i forgot to get it, i just loose my friends, as u know, we most of them, don't remember any of our friends or relative mobile numbers, we all just save it in a phonebook it's difficult to manage without mobile phones nowadays, it's playing a wonderful part of role in all our lives

Hi joystick7, Sure I can but it would not be too nice. I pretty much never use my phone except for the alarm clock function but I still prefer to be contactable if anything. When I am out, it is also nice to be able to call for help should any emergency arises, not that it has happened (thankfully).

Though I know that I could live on without a cell phone, your points of losing things which made owning a cell phone convenient would indeed be something to think about. Transactions and communication would be difficult without a cell phone and many features have already been added to models that have surfaced through the years when it comes to mobile phones. I guess even if I do know that I could survive without my phone, things would be diffirent and difficult.

Modesty aside, my answer is a resounding 'YES'! But before you throw violent reactions to me, friend, let me expound or clarify my response regarding this issue. I am quite confident to say that I could definitely survive without any mobile or cellular phone. In fact, I have experienced this five years ago when my spouse and I got married and we decided that I resign from my job then as a branch accountant with a local bank for some personal reasons. We stayed in my in-laws' house for about a year. Obviously, we both had no steady income that time so we were forced to give up having a mobile phone since we couldn't possibly afford the monthly charges we'll be incurring on the usage of the unit. And at present, we don't use a mobile phone because we still couldn't afford the expenses, eventhough both of us have separate jobs. It's just that his job is less stable than mine. But I'm afraid that several months from now, I will be displaced from my current job because the company is in the process of dissolution so I guess we just have to live without any cellphones for the meantime.

I could live without my cell phone, but know I would miss it. It is kind of funny, because in the beginning I didn't like my phone at all and I hardly used it. At that time my parents and some of my friends would say to me: "Why you didn't bring your phone? I wanted to talk to you" and I would say: "I don't want to carry my phone wherever I go. Why should I? I will call you back later" And now, well, I have to admit that I always carry my phone. And I use it a lot..

Of course I can survive without cell phone.Although I admit that cell phones is the most essential discovery that man has invented. It practically help us in every way we want it to help us.It makes every move in our daily life easier. We can easily get help in times of trouble as long as you keep proper maintenance, the charged battery and most of all the load. But I'm not the person who is glued to it in my everyday life.I only use it on important matters.

Though I use my cell phone when contacting my wife and children and some important people, I still can survive without it. Indeed, it is very important to have it always at my side especially when you are away far from your family.

well, i think i could survive without my cell phone. because i am not a heavy user, sometimes, the cell phone to me is just lika a watch, it let me know the time ,and also it's convenient for me to keep touching with others, and let them connect with me easily. but if i don't have a cell phone, i think i still can live well. maybe it's a little unconvenient , but it can not bring much trouble or change to my life. i also can communicate with my friends by computer, and maybe without a cell phone ,i will got more chance to talk with my friends face to face. and also i can save a part of my money. he he ~~~~~

No way! I use it for EVERYTHING! I use it as an alarm, a calendar, a calculator, a night light! Plus, text messaging is my main form of communication these days!
