Lazy or smart?

I guess on one hand, it would depends on the physical ability of the person doing it. Do they have problems walking, even short distances? Or even carry things like that for short distances, and don't have the help.? I would say that people who are physically capable of walking or carrying things from point A to Point B, they should not be driving to get the mail, unless like it's on their way to a different point B.

hi, missybear! i reckon these people are so lazy that wouldn't like to walk a little to throw the trash or check the mail...its a way of wasting fuel as well as more polluting the air..

that is very lazy.with the inflation,i can not think about using the car for such purposes but you cannot term me as smart also.i would designate duties to my kids for tasks which are quite boring to me.

I would probably drive it there too if I was heading out somewhere. I wonder if anyone ever had their trash bag break open while on top of their car.

Hey missy! Don't be jealous! I happen to think that it is a waste of gas to drive to get the mail or take the trash! My Mom lived in a complex like that and my Step-Father used to do the same thing. He would put the trashbag on top of the car and drive it to the dumpster! It seemed stupid to me too! Some people are just plain lazy! I can see if you are on your way and in the car and you felt like doing it, but to purposely get in the car with prices of gas the way they are. It seems really wasteful to me! So don't feel bad that you have to walk your garbage or walk to get your mail! That sounds normal to me! If I lived there I would have to do it too!
