Hi! Rose! It is lovely to hear from you and it is all the more delightful to know that you consider yourself a mylot addict. You love to come to mylot first, instead of checking your mails. I agree with you that our dear friends and their valuable thoughts and views are very important to us and we sometimes just open mylot to get in touch with our dear friends here through our posts. Hope your addiction will continue in the same manner.

Rose, when friends are travelling on the same boat, then how can I say that you should not travel with me.........LOL! Mylotting is a positive addiction and I do not think it does any harm like any other addiction to our minds, compared to smoking and drinking etc. You have accepted the fact that logging intoo mylot transfers you to a whole new world of thoughts,of discussion,of friendship,of loving and caring......and I endorse your views.

I am an active mylotter but not an addicted one I think. I log on to mylot from my office but would never go to a cybercafe just to mylot. Usually when I check my emails I do have a glance first at the notifications I have received from mylot. But log on to mylot only in my spare time. Ofcourse I love to be on mylot but would certainly not call this an addiction. This site in interesting, informative and interesting and fun.

Mayka! I know you are very active here since beginning. I agree with you that you log in only when you have spare time, once you are done with your other priorities. It is true that everytime I am free in Office I log on to mylot. But of late I have found a few more sites more interesting and am hardly on mylot. Am not as active as before.

I have been here for over two years and there is never a time that I call it quits, I feel mylot virus is keeping me glued here. In that space of time I have seen a high turnover of members here and like you and me can now be considered 'old horses' fit to be pensioned off, has been working in mylot tirelessly. Again friends I have made over the years and whom I have grown to be virtually attached makes it difficult or impossible for me to go. Right now I have found mylot the only place I can share some life challenges which I may not be able to 'let the cat out' in the real world. There are people here who are highly knowledgeable in so many subjects. Ask and we will get a free consultation from the expertise here.

Hi! Dear! You are absolutely right when you say that mylot virus keeps us glued here and we spend our time here, as and when possible. You appear to be as old here as I am. I could not stop myself laughing, when you said - "we can be considered as 'old horses' here on mylot and we work here tirellessly." I have also observed that you share many important happenings of your life with your friends here on mylot without any inhibition. I also agree with you that there are may knowledgeable members here (you being one of them.....!!) who help us in our hour of need, without charging any fee. I am honored to get an honest and approval comment from you among the 54 responses and coming that you find my response intriguing. I will see that I come to your post when they are available as I don't want to disappoint my friends. What I know I share it here. Well, that is what mylot is all about. But certainly not everyone see it that way and sometimes when I response in good faith I am bashed for no good reasons. so that is why I become a little selective nowadays. I can never reach the elite star rating for doing good jobs. But never mind it is no big deal anyway.

Hi Dpk, I agree with you, Mylot is a part of our life. But I can't agree by using the word 'addict'. I think that word has a negative impact, when we hear the word. (I know that word has positive meaning also but I am telling about the first impression). But I am impressed by the way you describe about mylot except this word. I also love to look on the site even if I am not in a position to participate/respond to discussions(due to work load). I am signing in and just minimising the window and doing my official work. But when I get time I am just going through the headlines. thanks deepak have a great day.

Sree, please do not take the word 'addiction' in a negative sense, an addiction could be 'positive' also. For example, if you that you are addictive to 'reading books', it would be terms as a positive addiction. So you more or less agree with me that mylot has become important part of our life.

Hello deepak! At first, I did not admit to myself that I am a mylot addict especially during my first and second month here. But now, I can really say that "I am addicted to mylot" Like you, I always log on to mylot even if I don't have plans to respond or do anything. But when I started opening mylot, I really can't help not to response especially if the discussion is kinda interesting.

I love to be on this site, but I can't call myself a true addict because I am on and off for months or weeks. It all depends on the spare time I have on my hands. I allways am glad to be back and to see interesting discussions opened by friends, newbies or exciting new people I would love to get to know better. I made some good buddies here and it's allways nice to get in contact with them again and hear how they are doing and how mylot has been.

No , I am not a mylot addict but a mylot visitor.In fact, the only time I can visit Mylot is when I had the chance to rent from a computer shop because the computer at the office is not good for mylotting. It seemed they don't want me to used mylot website. It is barred. I hope I can use microsoft windows application again. But in behalf of this discussion , my friends, I like to tell you that I am doing my very best to get back with your discussion although I am always late.

I started with mylot about 8 months ago. I made it to payout for 3 times. I was so active that I even forgot that it was time to go home now, and the office should be closed. The internet connection for me then is so free, I don't bother the time, the electricity and the connection charges. I lost my job there, my second job. Till October, I lost that eagerness with mylot since I have no connection at home, and our internet connection here in my regular job is so unpredictable, due to some people here. But if ever the connection is on, I can almost forgot what I have to do, my work, and the time. I can live a day without internet, without mylot. But if the chance is there, I will surely grab it...

Hi there my friend. Well i don't really know if i qualify to be called a mylot addict because i can live without this site for a day, or a few days. I do however like this site very much as if given the time and the mood can really bring in some money without investment and also sometimes it can be quite fun to browse and respond.

I thought I was going to become an addict to this site when I started about a week ago because I couldn't stop coming here and posting responses and starting discussions. I think now that a week later I'm over that hump and am just a regular here. I spend a couple hours on the computer a day and try to post and respond to discussions that really interest me. It's fun, I'm learning, and making new friends all over the world.

Even though I am not regular here anymore, I would call myself an addict. I think of mylot all the time and the discussions. I can't totally leave this place (not yet) and mylot (and my friends here) are on my thoughts even when I am not on mylot. I log on even if I have just a few minutes to spare...just to see what's new.

I would still consider myself an mylot addict, even though I had a big break away... I was always here daily before that trying to at least check in, then I had a big break away, now I'm at it again... I'm trying to spend a little time when I can and not getting to obsesed as last time I started to have trouble keeping away and it was taking over... I've been here for 3 years and don't intend on giving up all together here.... It's a Big part of me being here.. It lifts my spirits..

I think so Deepak. There’s no net at home so till now, my weekends are mine but other than that every five days at office mylot is there in the background. Whenever I get some time, I always visit this site and try and respond to something. Even at home, I discuss many things with my husband and son, things which I came to know only thru mylot.

Well I do consider myself a myLot addict LOL. I have been here for more than a year now and I still managed to visit here. However, there are times where I do not have enough time to visit here due to hectic schedule and I do miss my friends here a lot if that happens. Good that you're one of the myLot addicts here :-)
