The best phone for browsing would be the iPhone(or the Nokia that is compared with it all the time). But almost every phone is good for browsing; e.g i use a Nokia 3500c. Also the best browser for mobile phones would be Opera Mini...

I suggest HTC & O2 for web browsing ........ easy to opertate & its like the sale a computer IE use for surfing

Thanks, what i got in my mind is Sony Ericsson Xperia and HTC Pro.
