When oil price is going rocket high. a lot of people is earning money. Now the oil price is so cheap but economy is so bad. Who can benefit from it?

i totally understand what you mean, i often have thought about this too. when the price of gas sky-rocketed, i could afford it. now it's way cheap and i can't afford it 'cuz i'm unemployed...go figure! i am confidant things will get better!:)
