This is so awsome. I was able to create my own website for free. Have fun you guys. I never thought that it was possible. Here is the link to mine, when you are done with yours give me the link to it. You can put music, games, chat rooms and it's all for free.

What is so difficult to understand about "create your own web site?" You pick a template, and set the site up any way you want. She has the link to her site right there in her discussion. If you want to see samples of what's available and even try it out, go to synthasite.com. I experimented with a quick build at three different sites, and picked this one because it seemed to have the most flexibility. I also paid for my domain name, so you don't have to settle for a subdomain.
What makes it easy is that almost everything is drag and drop. You don't have to know HTML or CSS, though they can be helpful for more customizing if you do know how to use them.

I have a website on Synthasite, also. It's fairly easy to put together, though it does have some limitation. They don't have their own commenting for blogs, so you have to install one from another site, and there's really no way for readers to know that there's a way to comment. I solved that (I hope) by putting a text message at the top of the side bar.
I know that they plan to add more features, and they just added some new templates, so there's a pretty good choice of how you can set up your site.

is this another one of those that are actually just a bunch of sites made from one, like freewebs? if so that's not really a site maybe more like a bloglike wordpress.
