How can I get out from a bad sleep during the night?

I want to have a regular sound sleep during the night for the following days of hardwork. However, during the past few days I experienced bad sleeps for 3 successive nights. I got stress due to financial problems. I cannot understand why I can't have a good rest during the night. Have you also experienced this problem? How can i get out of this worries and this particular problem? Share to me brothers your opinion.

As what you've said , you are stress thinking about financial problem.. Maybe that cause why you don't have a goodnight sleep its because of thinking so many things.. Well, try to relax yourself before going to sleep.. Maybe, watched some comedy movies or something that will entertain you so that you will forget your problems.. Don't think to hard about your problems so that you can sleep and take a rest.. Just enjoy and relax your self before going to bed.. I had experienced also this kind of situation many times already.. I'm thinking so many things like the problem in our family, my future or my boyfriend and because of this I can't sleep right away.. If ever I can go to sleep still in a few minutes or an hour I will woke up.. And its not good for me because I need to wake up early for my work.. So, best thing to do is to control your mind of not thinking so many things.. Try to relax and just remembered so happiest moment that you've experienced in your life.. maybe with this you might already have a good night sleep..

Thanks Kissie! I'll try to follow your advice. You have the same experience I had. Maybe, some advice from others, like praying and having deep reflection on God's goodness, will do before going to bed. Happymylotting!

try to distract yourself by engaging into sports, the endorphins will make you feel better and since you'll get tired, you find yourself going to bed easier. it also helps to pray. good luck

this is what you need to do... go find some other way not to think about your problems... perform your hobbies or be with your friends.. stress out what worries you and if its all about job.. when you go out of your office just leave your problems there... but there is one easy way .. get drunk... im sure it will be easy but not right..=)
