body shape

what is your body shape? Is it hourglass, inverted triangle, apple or pear? Are you happy with it? I'm pear so that means I'm heavy from the hips down. I don't like my shape because it makes me look so fat and it's not proportional.

I think my body is flat. So I often joke:"I have an airfeild in my body..." or "I am a rosebuds" :)Anyway, most of the time, I don't care about that, I think it's cheerful enough that I am health.I also believe that what attracts others is the inner mind.Be confident, thankful and happy!

I guess I'd be an apple. I'm just heavy around the middle. I hate mine too. I've been trying to lose weight, but it is tough, especially this time of year. One of my New Year's goals is to get back down to the right weight. The rest of my body is proportioned well, it's just my stomach area.

I think that it's ingrained in all of us to dislike whatever body type we are. I'm an apple so like you most of my weight is around the middle. When I'm at the right weight (practically never), I am well proportioned but it's so hard staying there. I'm trying to watch what I eat through the holidays but starting January 1st, I'm going on a diet and exercise program. I think that's been my resolution every year that I've been alive. LOL. Maybe this time it will stick. Good luck.

I know it might sound funny,but I think my body is like a coke bottle.I don`t like it thought.My friends say that they are jelous,but I think there is nothing to be jelous of.Does anyone knows a good diet?

i think i am a lanky hourglass, and i feel proportional. but i just need to tone myself because i am getting older. i need to do more yoga and pilates. i just keep forgetting to do them, whether at the gym or at home dvd/video. u can wear certain clothes to camouflage ur pear shape as u work out to get in better shape as loose the weight u want. such clothes include dark pants and skirts with light colored blouses. and maybe make sure ur clothes is a little loose and not tight in order to camouflage ur actual shape.

I never knew bodies are liken to these things. I am not sure which of the above mentioned things I belong too. I like my body, it's God given. And sometimes need to abide to restrictions.

Currently I am having little tummy and I don't like that though I am not working hard to become fit still I guess I can make it one day and I will be fit and fine like before very soon
