Just had fish for lunch... it was lapu lapu fillet with mushroom... and it was very delicious... i like salt water fish more thatn fresh water... since i think they have nutritional value... and more tasty... but if made to choose between other meat and fish... i will definitely choose fish even if it is salt or freshwater...

We need fish in our body because it's a source of Omega-3s and other good nutrients. It is said that, eating fish is one of the solutions to beat the risk of heart attack, strokes and prostate cancer. I think we should eat fish regularly for a healthier body. Good day!

i used to eat fish, and i never knew and neither cared if the fish was fresh water or salt water, it was just fish for me. but then, something happened lol. i was served with fish at my aunt's place. it was kind of 'fishy' hehe, but they all urged me to eat and seeing the rest of them eating that fish as well, i continued. well, the next thing i remember is that i had fever and didn't stop sweating at all. i had a flight back to my city the same evening, and at the airport terminal, i felt so exhausted and was stinking of sweat. don't ask how miserable was my plane ride. when i reached home, i slept. the next day i found i had severe food poisoning. i wasn't able to eat much for over 10 days, kept vomiting if i did, and in the end i lost about 5 kgs. and since then i have been away from fish :P it's been 2 and a half years.

Yup! I especially like tilapia. Tilapia has so many varieties that there's some that live in fresh water and others in salt water. But we've mostly been having the fresh-water kind since it's what mostly cultivated here in our country (the Philippines). I like it when it's grilled whole -- the big tilapias, of course. You can easily pick the bones out since they're big enough too. :)

yes of course I like fish. Being a Bengali, fish is a must on my menu almost everyday. We Bengalis enjoy both sweet water and sea fish but I cant deal with small fishes having too many bones. Only fish with bones I like is Hilsa, it is of course the king of fish for us.

I've never really liked fish, except tuna from a can. I think it's because growing up Catholic, we had to have fish on Fridays and I hated having to pick the bones out of it. When I eat, I want to be able to chew and swallow, and not have to worry about tiny bones and such. Have to chew so carefully until it's mush takes all the flavor out of it, to me. I'll occasionally get a piece of fish at a buffet restaurant, but I would never order it as my main course.

What do you mean sweet water fish or sour water fish?! Anyways, I do love to eat fish. In the philippines, every weekdays, we have fish for our meals and only during weekends that we eat pork, beef, and other meat.

What sweet or sour water? I think its salty or fresh water fish? I don't really eat fish but there are times when I'm forced to. Usually I eat fish fillets from big fishes found in the deep waters. I don't like fishes with a lot of bones.
