Do you believe in getting the flue shot and why not?

I don't want to try it, because the side effects it might have.
I heard that few people develop the flu effects,and I have no time to be sick.
So I won't willingly take something into my body that can cause me harm.
I rather stick to cold-fx or other things to boost my immune system.

I agree with you about that I felt the same as you do but I thought I try it this year to see if it would make any difference. it doesn't

A lot of people have some side effects with it but I take mine every year and so far so good! I hope it works for you.

I don't think I need a flu shot. I have some home remedies that I feel adequately protects me from the flu. Cheers!!

That's good because allot of people think they have to buy from store but you don't you can make up your own which is better for you.

After having had a heart attack I get my flue shot every year as per doctors advice. Before I got sick I had never had a flue shot, but I'm told I should have one from now on every year.
