Frederick : Quite a few years have passed by, since I spared the time to visit a Botanical Garden. What a moment of peace, tranquility, and excitement it was to stare and gaze at what nature has provided for us to enjoy !The arrangement of the colors of the beautiful flowers and shrubries was ' breath taking '- not even mentioning the ' aroma ' of some of them. This was in the beautiful island of JAMAICA.

The last time I visited a botanical garden was two years ago when I went to a sub tropical garden by the sea. The highlight of my visit was seeing many palm trees. I enjoyed seeing lots of colorful flowers and beautiful plants. This garden was on the Jurassic coast a little distance away Weymouth. I used to live nearer London and when I did I often visited Kew Gardens. It has many greenhouses for growing all sorts of plants that like hot weather. It is where my favorite art gallery is located, the Marianne North Gallery. I have been to some stunning botanical gardens overseas and my favorite one is Sydney. It has many friendly parrots in it that I adored meeting. Just on the edge of the botanical gardens in Kuala Lumpur I saw many playful monkeys. I

hi frederick! well the last time i visited a botanical garden was about 6 years ago, when i was in singapore. that is the only botanical garden i know of. we don't have it here in the philippines. or maybe we have, i just don't know where. anyway, we started around mid-morning. we didn't pass the main gate, instead we passed by the gate that was nearest to the singapore bible college. so that means, we didn't pass the main entrance that had directional signs. we got lost and we got soooo tired finding our way. worst thing was, we forgot to bring water so we got dehydrated and our feet were sore. anyway, eventually, we got to the main part, and then we were refreshed with the sight of the flowers. we settled down for a while and then prayed with my friend. we had good pictures there too. i just wished that we had a map so we didn't have to waste time going around finding our way...hehe take care and God bless you! merry christmas! :-)
