They do and it annoys me at times. I tell them that they are only wasting time and electricity but they do not care at all! Anyway i am a bit like that because there are a few movies i love watching again and again up to the point that i even memorize the lines of the characters...hahahaha

I guess it is only truly annoying when it is not our favorite

I think no matter who you are, everyone can say they have done this, or know someone who has. There are 3 movies I can think of I have seen so many times I can recite word for word before it happens and a couple that are close to this. One of mine is Road House, and another one is Fried Green Tomatoes.

When Mary Poppins came out in the mid-1960s, that was the one I wanted to go to again and again and again. It's still great to watch old classics on TV again and again and again even here at five times the age I was back then. There's just something comforting and timeless about them. I especially love all things Shirley Temple and Christmas movies.

I like Christmas movies too but I regret to say that I have never really watched a lot of Shirley Temple. I will have to check in to that.

Dear friend, My sister's son narrates each line of the movie, also tells the complete story of movie. Moreover he also watches those movies which he lives many times. I usually feels bored. But childern are really amazing at times as they memorise every thing almost the colour of the shirts and other things. But unfortunately she at times forgets many what she study.

Hi SHAMRACK! It would be great if children remembered as much about their studies as they do the movies. Or enjoyed studying them as much as watching their movies.

My children also watch the same movies over and over again, something I couldn't do when I was a child, how times have changed. My son watches the Goal movies all about football and my daughter watches all the High School Musicals. It does drive you crazy sometimes

I can't remember watching movies over and over again when I was little either. It is funny how things have changed.

I wish to watch movies anew every time.I do search for the good movies and make it a habit to watch them at least three or four times a week by ten a clock in the night before going to bed.I don't like to watch the movies twice as there are more good movies waiting in line to be watched. But there are some exceptions.I feel watching the classics I watched when I was a kid with my daughter. Like your daughter my daughter too listen to her favourite again and again and watch the same movies over and over again.I think most of the kids are the same the world over.
