Wow, this is a crazy and freaky question, I wonder how you even came up with it....hmmm...let me think, How about an extra thumb? I mean imagine how many things we could hold if he had that one extra opposable thumb on both the hands. And imagine how different video game controllers would be, you could probably write make photocopies of a written document while writing the first one, with the same hand, like those stencil thingies they had when I was younger. Typing would be easier.. But of course this is all assuming that there is enough and comfortable space for the thumb to move around.. Or you know what? Scratch all of that.. There should just be a teddy bear in between. It's of no use there, but what the hell, it's totally crazy!
