Inter-Racial Relationships VS. Homosexual Relationships & Marriage

You know, I am no expert on the bible or the laws we've had in the past in America, but wasn't it only so many years ago that inter-racial relations were looked down upon and not allowed?(In 1967 16 states that still had antimiscegenation laws were forced to eliminate them.) Inter-racial relationships, having children as well in these realtionships were a big no-no not only in the Church but by the Government as well. When did Christians and the Government decide it was ok for inter-racial marriages to be ok? When will they finally step back and realize that homosexuals should be given the same right?

How can you compare a homosexual relationship to an adult/child relationship? 2 homosexuals who want to get married and can(because of legal age) are 2 CONSENTING ADULTS. So why is that any different than a straight couple?

I am not sure myself about any laws stating these things about inter-racial and homosexual marriages and such. Actually I didn't even know about this law of 1967. Apparently the laws weren't enforced. But I want to say that I try to be objective. I don't have a problem with people and the relationships that they have. Love is love. That is the way it will always be. I don't stand in judgment of anyone over this issue.
