There are some what I'll refer to as Strict Obeyance, that is like- I dont open xmas gifts until the Xmas day, must wake up at 4.00am- even if you are on holiday, must not answer call while eating, must switch off your mobile phone inthe church, must eat at grandmas place on Sunday afternoons,etc..
It goes on. Which one is your own or you dont have any?

I'm pretty relaxed when it comes to the daily routines and can sleep until noon on the days that I do not need to work. I am one who does not open an presents until Christmas morning but that is only once a year.
In my daily routine though, I would say that my strict observances would be that I must arrive at least 15 - 20 minutes early for any appointment and that when I run errands, I have a set order that I complete them in and never change the order of them.

Hello davido! Right now, I am disciplining myself not to open another bag of chocolates that I received last week. I want to bring those chocolates when I go home to our hometown so that my family can't eat it too. It's hard because I really want to eat it but I really have to discipline myself. Anyway, I ate too much chocolates already so it's not good already to eat another bag.
