How do I get more traffic to my website?

I have a website at http://www.namd3r.com/ and I am wondering how I can get more traffic to my website at little or no cost. I want the traffic to be genuine, too, no autosurf programs or whatever, and it can't violate Google Adsense's Terms Of Service. Any ideas?

You can join somes traffic exchange programs to increase your traffic.

Submit your site to all major search engines, create a bunch of backlinks, umm you can try viral marketing. I once made a video with my link on it and uploaded up on youtube I instantly got a flood of traffic, I know most weren't targeted but I got osme returning visitors. There are alot of forums that can help with seo/marketing.

another good way is to post your link in your tag in forums and guest books. Anywhere you go post a link to it. You can also submit your site to award sites as well.
