Do you have special pillows or sleep aids?

Myself, I use a contour pillow. It gets my spine in a more correct alignment than a traditional pillow. I also use melatonin to help me sleep. And of late I have also taken up using earplugs again (a certain male person snores). What to you do to help you sleep?

In that case I'd be putting a pillow over my head! Blinders is a good solution too!

I use two pillows, but that's more habit than anything Dawn. I had to use them for asthma but I seem to grow out of it. The Boss grinds her teeth when she's asleep which really bugs me. I think good thoughts about my favourite people and away I go. Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.

It goes right through me. I have thought about ear plugs. But really I'd like her to stop. There has to be a way. Amputation at the shoulders perhaps?

rofl Don't know about where you are, but I think that's illegal here. Pulling teeth, maybe?

I have a music on all night long with ocean waves. It plays 24/7 so my pets enjoy having it on when they are home alone. I can sleep like a baby with the music on and my space warmers (pets) next to me....

I too have a contour pillow . And I like it a lot. At the moment, because of the terrible cold I have , my sleep aid is a double dose of Nyquil .

I use three pillows to sleep on because of my severe asthma. If I lay flatter I cannot breath. I do sometimes put one between my knees to help my back also. When my back is really sore I lay flat (not on my side) as this sometimes helps. I think I might snore myself a little though when I lay this way. I am really glad the earplugs are working for you.

I haven't tried that. Husband and I probably wouldn't agree on the music so I'd have to get headphones. lol

No sleeping aids for me dawnald. All I want is a soft and cosy bed with a couple of pillows and a warm and soft quilt. That's it. And then if someone wants to wake me up, they rather wish a non-sleep aid.lol
