Don't you hate it when people use exclamation marks ALL THE TIME?

I mean,we all use them to emphasize something but some people just abuse poor things. I had a coworker whose job was to supervise other people by means of writing them notes. And that's ok, a few critical comments are healthy and will improve your work. But when he did that like "This needs to be fixed!!!" or "Please check on that!!!" that kinda annoyed me. Just seemed like he was yelling all the time about unimportant stuff...

I don't mind people use it to express their happy feeling. Like when they say, "Happy Birthday AnakSuNamun!!!".
But, I would also fell annoyed if I was in your situation. I could say that he was angry and paste his angry on a piece of paper. Sounds better but hey, its annoying..Using it all the time is not normal to me. Hehe.
Regarding CAPS LOCK, its ok to stress on something, like "Hey, you know what AnakSuNamun, YOU ARE REALLY GENIUS!".
If it happen all the time, I will prefer not to read it. I just hate it.

No, I don't hate them as long as there is a meaning behind all this activity. When I use Exclamation, I mean I want to add some emotions to it and when I use caps lock it means I am angry about something.
But not to mention there is no need to tell all the things with Exclamation!!! Do we?
