I've got this instruction that i need help understanding. White Tops with silver accessories. White tops have to be at least 3/4 sleeve length (no cap sleeves or short sleeves), no low necklines, not sheer. You may wear a white camisole on the inside if need be but do note the white top worn on the outside has to be one piece. now my question is, what happens if i have a white top that fits all the criteria only to have a low neckline. If i'm going to wear a white tube on the inside, won't that be a 2 piece top already? i'm confused.
