Whats the Greatest Video Game Ever In Your Opinion?

I have so many favorites that I could not say what is the greatest video game ever. For the NES I love Super Mario Brothers 3 and Mike Tysons Punch Out. For the SNES I loved Donkey Kong Country,Super Punch Out,and Mortal Kombat 2 was awesome as well. For the Original Playstation I loved Metal Gear Solid,Resident Evil,Resident Evil 2,Crash Bandicot. For the Ps2 I loved Resident Evil 4, Smackdown vs. Raw 07. Now for the Xbox 360 I love and am playing Gears of War 2.

I think that the greatest videogame ever was Mortal Kombat.. In all it's versions no matter for what console.. and I also loved Donkey Kong Country..

i remember playing mortal kombat and the craze it was. a great game without a doubt. i prefer the second out of all of them though.

For me, there is no greatest ever. However, I do have some favorites. NES: Super Mario Bros. series, Zoda's Revenge: Star Tropics 2, Milon's Secret Castle, Dragon Warrior IV, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2 and 3, The Legend of Zelda and Punch Out. SNES: Super Mario RPG, Earthbound, Chrono Trigger, Illusion of Gaia, The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past, Final Fantasy 2 and 3 (technically 4 and 6), Donkey Kong Country Series, Super Mario World 1 and 2, Super Mario All-Stars, Super Mario Kart Nintendo 64: Conker's Bad Fur Day, Paper Mario, The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask, Banjo-Kazooie, Banjo-Tooie, The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time, Super Mario 64, Goldeneye 007, WWF No Mercy, WWF Attitude, WWF Wrestlemania 2000, WWF Warzone, WCW vs. NWO: Revenge Gamecube: Skies of Arcadia: Legends, Day of Reckoning 1 and 2, The Legend of Zelda: Wind Waker, Super Mario Sunshine, Mario Kart: Double Dash, Mega Man: Anniversary Collection, Luigi's Mansion, The Simpsons: Hit and Run, The Simpsons: Road Rage, Animal Crossing Wii: Super Paper Mario (I have a lot of games to get around to playing.)

I'm old school, i don't know any knew games. I like Pac Man and Galaxi I don't even remember the right namr. So anyways i don't know how to play any new ones.

your really old school. i played the NES(the first nintendo)and think i'm old school but i'm still playing video games though.
