Lately in stores since early fall I have noticed that a 12 pack of Pepsi has gone up form 3.49 all the way to 5.99. It can't just be because the holidays are here it has been like this for months here. How much are your 12 packs of Pepsi? Have you noticed a change in price?

it's been such a long while since i had pepsi. but i remember the last time i checked the price of a single can, it was 30 rupees that sums up to 360 rupees for 12 cans. that is about 5.50 american dollars. the only price change was in the 250 ml bottle which went up from 10 to 12 rupees, but i think that glass bottles aren't available in canada.

the pepsi can sale is about negligible in my country. i think the glass bottle sale is same as the 1.5 ltr plastic bottle sale.

A 12 pack for $5.99? Damn! Well, I think I've seen 12 packs in the $3.49 range, but never $6! It's kind of weird that Coke products in 12 or 24 packs are usually the ones on sale and cheaper than Pepsi products.

Hi there, not sure how much a 12 pack is right now as I buy the 2 liter bottles the most. I have been irritated myself about the prices of all soda in general inching their way up. I used to be able to get a 2 liter bottle for around $1.00 on sale, sometimes $1.25. Now, the last time I went to the market it was $1.99. That is almost a 100% increase in price. It is ridiculous that these prices can increase so drastically. I am not sure whether it is the supermarket or the manufacturer that sets these prices and price increases. I know I have a choice to not buy or drink but I guess I am addicted to the stuff. I have actually noticed the prices increasing over the past year or so, along with everything else in our US economy. Unfortunately there are no pay raises to match the price increases. That is why we are just about going from recession to depression here. Very disturbing.

Hey Keely, i dont know how much 12 packs of pepsi cost as we dont buy sodas very often....just at Christmas time. I can only guess that the prices are high because of the coming recession/credit crunch. I am in England and we have seen an almighty increase in prices on various items. I would say the average grocery bill has nearly doubled from this time last year. I think one of the biggest reasons is the increase in prices of wheat which seems to have a knock on effect on a lot of things. If it stretches your budget, I can only suggest that you miss soda off your shopping and buy some cordial instead. Take care Tink
