What Household Chore Do You Hate The Most?

Hi Terri I absolutely loath cooking!!! I hate it! I used to really hate washing dishes but then I got a dishwasher and it's heaven. I always tell my hubby if the house is on fire, get my dishwasher out! I don't mind heating up a frozen dinner or making boxed mac and cheese, but when it gets into making a caserole or cooking something on the stove, I hate it! lol Happy MyLotting! Char

Uh oh! Yea we agree on one subject--the dishes! I don't like how hot the water is so hot. I don't like how they need to be done so often. I don't like how they can be all greasy. It would be nice to have a maid to do them, hahahaha. We don't have a dishwasher, so they have to be done the "traditional" way. Usually we procrastinate to do the dishes, hehehe. Pablo

I am lazy. I hate everything. lol. But I guess if I have to choose, it would have to be.. cookings. I am not much of a cook. :D

Oh that would have to be the iron for sure, I have a big basket full of it and it sits there for months and never gets touched and sometimes one of us are going through the house oh where it that top you know the one I mean??? and we are like well where could it be???? you go through every place in the house and then it dawns on me oh maybe its in the ironing basket so we have a look in there and you pull things out and go oh I forgot I even had that will have to iron it and wear it but guess what we never do

this may sound funny, but i love washing the dishes :) We don't have a dish washer so everything is done by hand. I like watching for the plates go from dirty to clean :) Doing the laundry is also okay. Actually, it isn't much of a chore since all you have to do is load add soap and push a few buttons. The main task after is to hang the clothes since or washing machine only comes with a spinner and not a dryer. The task that i really hate though is cleaning the washroom! Sometimes it just gets a bit icky! :)

I actually like washing dishes. :) Well, what I hate doing is folding laundry. I don't know, maybe it's that little thought at the back of my mind that they're better off not folded anyway. Also, I hate putting them away in cabinets and drawers too but they still have to be done... yeah. :)

That would be vacuuming. I'm allergic to dust, and that doesn't help. Don't mind the dishes. Oddly, I feel gratified after seeing dirty plates get sparkling clean and smell fresh. LOL A dishwasher would help. You can load and unload them once a day, if you don't have too many to use in 1 mealtime.

I reckon ironing is fairly high on my list of hated chores. It is one of those things which just mounts up and up, until finally I discover that I do actually have nothing to wear!

I don't like to iron! I always go for clothes that does not need to iron nowadays. As for my husband working attire, I try my best to hang them nicely after each wash to avoid from ironing them! My husband will have to irom them himself if there is the need ;p

i hate doing the dishes! it is definitely my least fave. i also hate to iron. :(

I don't mind doing dishes. Since it is just me, usually I handwash the dishes, but will occasionally use the dishwasher. But my least favorite chore would have to be laundry. It's not putting the clothes in the wash and then changing them to the dryer that I dislike. It's taking them out of the dryer and folding or hanging them.

Yeah I have to agree also I hate doing the dishes it makes my fingers all pruny and weakens my finger nails. I also dislike ironing and washing the bathroom and toilet but even still the dishes are probably the worst.

Absolutely the dishes. They leave my hands all clammy and soggy. Other than that I generally dislike all chores but I'll do them. I avoid the dishes like the plague.

Doing laundry. :) We don't have washing machine, and have to do it manually. :(( Having back pain, hands get dry (LOL). And take so much time before to finished it.
