Christmas gifts, Oh, Christmas Gifts....Strange It May Be

Have you ever had somebody give you something for Christmas which was extraordinary or strange or annoying? When I was so much younger, my brother gave me a pack of sanitary 
napkins for Christmas. That was the very first gift that he has ever given me. I wasn't sure how to react - to smile
or cry

omg how old was he? and how old were you for that matter? how embarrassing, and i must admit that has got to be the single most unusual gift ive heard of!
ive never gotten anything remotly like that. i got the worlds ugliest pair of socks once but still, thats not on par with sanitary napkins!

Wow what a surprise for Christmas!! Well guess if you look at it another way he was thinking of you lol...I cannot remember ever getting something strange for Christmas but have got two presents the same eg two different people bought me the same book one Christmas and I didnt have the heart to tell either one they had sent the same gift so kept one and gave the other away as a present...merry christmas littleowl

Well, that's really weird especially if everybodys got to see the gift.
I don't know if the gift i had received once is strange but for my colleagues it was weird. It was an exchange gift moment during the office Christmas party and I got a drinking straw holder with straw in it. The others in the party commented if I was going to put up a snack bar or restaurant for that matter.
It was okay for me because I don't count the gift but the thought really and it was really funny though and all the comments were funny too. At least it made the day more fun
