How many find themselves doing jobs that require good sales skills?

I do not sell anything in particular but I try to sell our students positive thinking because postive thinking will help them achieve their goals and get where they want to in life.

Not me anymore. I used to be on the same boat. I hate selling things that I myself don't believe in. I hate lying to people about a product I don't think is worth selling, I think that's cheating others out of their good money.
