This question is for my Hindu Friends, do you believe in Saibaba in Puttapadri, he has done a lot of good to the society, and in fact he helped Chennai city to get water from AndhraPradesh, and his educational Institutions and hospitals are doing a very good job, but at the same time there has been a scandal in his ashram and three devotees were shot dead some years back, so what do you think?

i have seen so many photos of him and heard a lot about him but i just cant really get myseld to believe such people who clain to have super powers within them selves..... people who really are superheroes or whatever they call themselves.... are people who do good to the world and the people of the world in quiteness and not in front of the media..... i just think this is all a publicity gimmick for money and fame..... magical powers??????????? what nonsense..... there are many magicians or rather illusionist..... and i think he has the tact of an illusionist..... and he is making loads of money by telling people loads of lies about himself though i must say that he has pulled it off really well..... !! about the hospitals and schools and stuff i havent really seen them or gone to any so cant say much about them but all i can say is if they are not taking money from people and are non profit organisations then he has found an awesome way of hiding all the black money he has...... :)

Thanks for your response shonali. There is no need for him to take money, what I have heard is that he is receiving donations in millions.

dude.... thats what i am saying.... he is receiving money in millions and i never meant that he takes money...why would he want to take it when he is anyways getting it? he is using his so called illusions for such purposes that he cons people enough to make them believe him in a religious way which is enough for the indian people to believe him .....

I do not believe in anybody except myself. I have heard little about SaiBaba. If he has done so much good to society, then he deserves full respect and appreciation. Let the Almighty give him a long and healthy life. And it is very bad that someone should kill some devotees of his. I hope police took proper action against in thugs.

Thanks for the response Frederick42, since you have wished him a long and healthy life I do not want to spoil your mood. Three of his ardent devotees were shot in cold blood by the Andhra Police ! I do not want to write about that scandal in this post. A merry Christmas to you and your family, from your brother Rameshkumaar.

I do not believe in any Godmen.I find that almost all of them are the same. They manage to build up their image and then lead a life of luxury. It is the same with all religions and all religious leaders across the world. They are unnecessarily made much of because people give too much of importance to religion and blindly believe in anything connected with religion.I have been to Puttaparthy twice with my family and have gone to Sai Baba's aashram at Whitefield a number of times. What i like about these places is the discipline and the manner in which people come together.Sai Baba has done a lot of charity work , from all that money that he gets from his devotees. There have been many scandals about him, some unprintable- that is to be expected, afteral he too is human with all the human weaknesses, so he is bound to make some mistakes.

That is a very honest answer you have given kiran8, yes every human has got some weaknesses. One thing is Saibaba is doing a lot of useful and good charity work, as you rightly mentioned. Thanks for your response.
