according to the news - he is in need of a LUNG TRANSPLANT. wow.
is that possible? i am a fan of his songs in the 80s together with Madonna but changed my mind when specualtions about his being a PDPHL (lol).
i wonder how's he taking it - lung transplant? that's really difficult.

Apparently he is suffering from alpha-1 anti-trypsin deficiency, emphysema and chronic gastrointestinal bleeding. It seems he is in a wheel chair and is half blind. according to his Biographer Ian Halperin he may be too weak to survive even a transplant. I never cared much for him but that could be because of my age. Just wasn't into his songs. He really has had a difficult life becoming a celebrity so young

let's just hope for the better for him. he may have the money but still - if only he didn't have all those plastic surgeries - he will still have concerts up until now.
