Is There Snow and Cold Where You Live?

Here in the Seattle area, we have been plagued by Snow and Cold weather now for about a week. I have heard they are even predicting Snow again in the next day or two unless things change. We have more Snow here than I have ever seen here, and it is not the warmest weather either. We are usually in the 40s at coldest and lucky to ever see Snow so this is rare for us.
Well, I am actually getting tired of being stuck in my Condo all of the time, and am going to try and get out in this for a little bit. I have an Exchange I need to make at Coldwater Creek and then pick up a last minute or two gift for people. We wanted to go do this Saturday night, but the Storm hit, so we have not been able to go anywhere.
So what are you doing to keep warm besides snuggling in blankets, and sitting here in front of the Computer posting in myLot or watching TV or a movie?

To be frank, I admire you. The place where I live now has been droughting ever since the winter came. The air is very dry, which makes me feel uncomfortable because my skin is also very dry. I want some snow to wet the air. The weather here is not very cold, so people don't need to snuggle in blankets. Anyhow, wear more clothes and try to keep warm.

I am at the opposite end of the country! I live in Miami Florida and although its been a bit cool (60's) lately, we are right now its in the mid 70's and Christmas its supposed to be in the low 80's. I can't deal with the cold, so I'll keep my "tropical" Christmas (I decorate my palm trees and have santa ornaments where he's wearing beach trunks) and I have a reindeer which lies back on a lawn chair sipping somthing with a paper umbrella in it. I hope you get to finish your shopping in time and hope you stay warm! I love it now also because my electric bill is really really low for a few months. Take care and Happy Holidays!

We were hit hard yesterday! I live in NY, near Buffalo. All of the schools were closed in western ny yesterday. Today it is 4 degrees outside....brrrrr. We are use to this weather because it is what we get every year. I love sitting by the fireplace under my nice warm blanket to stay warm.

It is around 10-13C. It is cold during the night especially because of humidity. It is sunny occasionally. It does not snow in my country. I put on the fireplace on Saturday evenings and keep a heater handy during the rest of the days.

Some places are really cold lately. It is not very usual. I am from Guangzhou, China. It becomes cold since this Monday. Today it's about 8-18 degrees but it's already very cold for me. It's impossible to have snow here. The lowest temperature may be 6 degrees.

Nope! No snow here in Singapore. It is supposed to be the rainy season, but it is warm as sunshine. My clothes can still get dried by mid-day. Usually around this time, it is rainy throughout the day, but over here, we can still have a nice picnic outside, can you believe that? Sometimes it gets cloudy, sometimes it rains for a bit, then there is more, you guessed it, sunshine! I have never been to a snowy place before. Hope to feel such weather one day!

we are living in Bavaria the nicest place in germany but many years has no heavy snow and very cold.but up to the mountain like in Munich they have heavy snow always and very cold.we are looking forward for the heavy snow before moving to Philippines.

I stay at a place wherein there is quite cold but no snow. I miss the snow part of the weather but I enjoy the cold weather a lot. I think its really good to have cold weather. When its cold you feel like enjoying the hot food and other things. It always brings warmth in you. Moreover, winters are associated with the christmas so we can have more of fun.

I am living in the Philippines. There is no snow in our country. We cannot experience what you have experienced in the United States. Anyway, it is still cold here in our place especially during the month of December. How I wish I can visit USA soon. Have a nice day!

It has been freezing the past few days. It was 10 degrees today, and for us Missourians, that's really cold! Although, it was very sunny. Tomorrow is supposed to be warmer. Yay! I'm sick of this cold weather already.
We are on winter break, so I can cuddle up and stay warm in our house. I stay in my PJs all day and use my laptop and watch TV in the basement, cuddling under a blanket. It's good to be able to relax again, after final exams!

We never had snow here in the Philippines. The weather quickly change as the Holiday Spirit comes. Some part of the country experience cold and some part hot. The spirit of Christmas here is being celebrated as the Holiday becomes nearer. So I would like to greet all of you a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! Let's celebrate.

No snow right now her in Ohio, although someone told me today it is on its way. I haven't even looked at the weather. I know it is freezing here. It is 0 with -15 windchill.

Oh yea, it is cold here too. Last night with the wind chill factor it was -3. I hate when I have to go out in this weather. The snow has turned to ice and it's dangerous walking around. Good to stay in, drink hot coco and relax.

While you are facing cold weather and snowing in your country we are enjoying the warm sunny days in my place. I live in a tropical country so it never snows here. I would love to experience your cold weather but I doubt whether I can stand the coldness of winter.

there are no snow in our country and barely does in the mountains..but its really quite cold here.but what mostly i dont like being here is the sudden change of weather. today maybe 27 deg hot then the next day will be 10 -13 deg cold.theres a lot of people getting sick, childrens mostly and some old people die..and also during holidays we dont have the chance to go out..we stay in house all day.watch tv or movies,play the online games or spend myself here in my lot. and doing thesame thing over and over again makes me feel dull and bored.
