Help with a right way

We see many persons in a day who needs our help. We can do it. But I think do not help other with money. We can help them with give them our support to achieve their goal. Suppose if a boy who is 10 or 12 years old and wants a money from us then we can help him to find that way. Who helps him to earn some money and he can continue his studies with a self respect.
