Have you tried writing to myLot Admin? ....

If so, what was it about? I sent a message to myLot Admin reporting a user who has been harassing me and you know what, myLot Admin has been very quick in their response! I was impressed! myLot admin or staff - they are really kind, nice and they acted fast! I am so grateful to mylot! They're always on their toes for problems, inquiries, or any other concern. How about you? Have you gotten in-touch with mylot staff?

i did once. there was a user who has been harassing me so i have to report it to mylot admin. so far, i got no reply from mylot admin. anyway, its okay for me if there's no reply. but i just hope they will act on it. they should ban the user, right? they can review it and they certainly can check that indeed a person is harassing you or not, i mean i am talking about the validity of my complaints here.

awwwww. that was sad! really, someone's harassing you! =( you just did the right thing. if i'm on your shoes, i would do the same. it must be really upsetting having someone always on guard and keeping an eye on all that you do. . . i hope everything's well already. and i hope the admin acted on your complaint.

well, the truth is, nothing happened with my complaint! the same user still exists! and this person is still sending me private messages! i already deleted this person from my friends lists, but as you can see, we have previous message exchanges when we were still friends and this person can still use that to send me messages, even if we're no longer friends here in mylot. its been giving me headaches!

i am sorry to hear that. what i can say is, just leave it off. IGNORE is the word, you know what i mean. I am sure that person will soon be pissed off by your total uncaring/ anaffected attitude towards him.

I wish I knew how to write to the admin I dont even know how lol since I would give some suggestions on how to get in touch with the admin on mylot. But I wounder if they would actually reply to you I bet there very busy and get tons of emails constently and probally dont have time to answer every email they get.

hello arcidy, sometimes they do just have this auto-reply message that says, they received your email and they will act on it (not the exact words, but a meesage like this one).. and then even if they do not really reply or email back, i am sure that they are doing something about the email or complaint. this is based on my personal experience. thanks for the reply. wishing you the best in the year 2009! cheers!

I didn't write them yet. But it is good to know that they respond quickly and address to the problem appropriately. It is contrary to many other member's discussions who are saying that mylot admins never responses.

Hello ysabel! I haven't tried to contact mylot admin yet. But I am glad to know that they are very quick in responding to your concerns. I have heard that to other social networking site, admin did not reply quickly to the concerns of their members.

Yes, I have written four or five times and they didn't reply me even a single time. I am so surprised that beside me everyone got fast and quick response from mylot. Why only me mylot?

hello sanuanu, how are you doing? don't take it personally. there are other mylotters who didn't get reply from Admin. there's maria isabel, ethanonthemoon, to name a few. they have written Admin but there's no reply. with the growing mylot members, i am sure Admin has been very, very busy. I also do not know the reason why Admin has not replied to you. By the way, what was your concern about?

I have been on mylot for 2 years now. Last year I used to mylot with the different user name but some reason that account was deleted. I wanted to know from mylot for the reasons but no response at all!

Hello Ysabel. Yes, in fact, i did. I was afraid my Paypal account was hacked, so I was asking them about payment options. But they never replied to my email. It was great that your experience was the opposite, that they replied to you but in my case, it was totally different! Though I still hope they will reply, and I am still waiting. Admin certainly do read our messages and act on them, usually very quickly. They don't always reply but that is because they have a policy (a wise one, in my opinion) to only reply when it's really necessary. MyLot has a very small staff to manage over 150,000 users and it would simply take too much time if they replied to every message they received just to say that they had received it. I know that many admin programs will send out an automated message when you email them. MyLot prefer to keep communication to a minimum but they most certainly act on our messages when appropriate.

hello owlwings, action is more important than words. i would rather that Admin would not reply to my email but will act on my concern, that is more important.. you are right, mylot population is growing, i am sure Admin gets a lot of messages from mylotters everyday! .. that would just be impossible to answer everyone's concern. thanks for the reply. hope to see you around mylot again. =)

Over time, I think almost every member here has had the need to contact the Admins here a time or two. You would think that everyone here would be here for the betterment of this site, but so many come here to cause trouble as well. It is good to hear they worked well for you, and hope things have continued to work well for you from here.

Yes, I agree with you. i know there are really some members who would just do nothing but cause disturbance and be a nuisance to other members. With the growing mylot members, its a big community now, Admin would surely be very busy answering or addressing members' concerns at once. Thanks for the reply. Happy mylotting!

When I was a new member, I wrote to Mylot admin because of my payment questions. I am glad that they responded and solved my problems soon. This is why I like here. They are very responsible. I love China

Yeah i did. It was a complain about my gradual decrease in earnings. There was no reply but the decrease stopped after the complaint and somehow i found my earnings increasing 1 cent at a time. I also complained about decreasing daily earnings despite tremendous efforts. It stopped too after the complaint.
