help regarding paypal

I was not aware that you can transfer money from Paypal to a credit card company. I know that you ca do that with banks. I thought that the reason to give Paypal your credit information was so that you can make Paypal payments for things that exceed the amount of money that you have in your Paypal account. For example, if I have 37 dollars in my Ppaypal account, but I want to buy something for 50 dollars on ebay with Paypal will let me, because they will use the 37 I have with them, and then charge the remaining 13 to my credit card. So anyone else correct me if I am wrong, but I don't think that you can transfer Paypal to a credit card company unless they accept Paypal payments (which I don;t think they would. I would transfer the money from Paypal to my bank account. And then I would transfer again, this time from the bank account to the credit card. But you can always email Paypal customer service, as I am sure they could give you an official answer for your specific situation.
