Oprah is the only lady who is known in all countries by women in particular

I have been to many countries and have stayed in the Middle-East for a long time. And it is so amazing that Oprah is the only lady in the world who is known even in the Middle east as much as she is known anywhere else in the world. I have seen ladies staring at the television sets to read the subtitles in Arabic for Oprah's show just to know what she is saying. Usually Arab women do not talk about much apart from their own selves but I saw them discuss what they see on Oprah or what was there in her last show or what will be in the show the day after. I personally feel Oprah is a the Only woman in the world after Mother Teresa who thinks about helping a person who has no one else and she not only does what she says but does it with compassion and does not ask for anything in return not that she needs anything. I personally really admire her.
