how to post my photo besides my name??????????

hi, this may be the most embarrasing question i have asked... but i think i will get used to it once i am on mylot.... this thing.. i just wanted to upload my pic beside my name ...i went to edit profile tried all the things...but damn it i just cant do the simple operation... if you are really free...like me ..with no serious work ..then help me... otherwise dont even bother thinkin of it... have a nice day
