Did anyone notice that you need to make $500 before you get paid? That means if you have on referrals then it will take 250 days, over 8 months, to get to the payout amount. thats a long time. I just hope that the site is still around in 8 months as a lot of sites like this end up dying in a short time.

That's the onw draw back and yes I did notice it. Therefore, the only way to get to the pay out minimum is to get as many referrals as possible as soon as possible. So far, they've been around exactly 2 months.
