Is it important to be a good listener to be a the best employee of the world?

I always think that one needs to give spend time in listening to people to be peoples man and that has always worked for me and I feel its the secret for success. Can anyone suggest something on this?

Hi,
According to me, you may be listener for some time, but if you be listener for life time, then your life gonna be unmarked. You have to analyse, if in listening you get good deeds for yourself. and if it is not making you happy, you may tell your suggestions . To be a best employee of the world , try being employer for yourself. Hope you get that :) Take care :)
