Home made Ice cream receipi

Hi, I just tried soem home made ice cream from Shangri-La Hotel Singapore yesterday at a Christmas Lunch function. It tasted really good!!!! It is very smooth and the natural sweetness doesnt leave behind the sugar irritation feeling on your throat after taking. Have you tried it before?? Does anyone has any home made ice-cream receipi?? Please share!

Hello!!!! I love ice cream specially chocolate flavors!!! Are you Singaporian? You are such a rich person, imagine Shangrila! Unfortunately, i have no home made recipe ice cream. Hope you find one

Yes, Singaporean. Not very rich, it was a Christmas Lunch, once a year. That why thinking of making myself. hehehe

I have tried several times to make a ice crea as same as we get in shops but I have always failed to do so.Whenever I put the ice cream in fridge to freeze it gets very hard on top and dont ave a good taste either.
