where did you spend your christmas??? / myLot

i was just wondering if whether or not you spent your christmas at home or in another place... coz i have seen in the news that some of the people spent christmas eve in the park, somewhere the air is fresh, just outside the home... and i'm one of those who did not spend christmas at home.. we went over to my mom's friend's house... what about you???

HI, I stayed at home, with my boyfriend and his 11 year old son. We are low on cash, so could not afford to do anything else. We watched tv and eat some chicken. That was about it this Christmas. Hopefully next Christmas will be better. Maybe next year we can find a nice park to go too. Take care.

that's just fine... christmas is not about cash or any other material things... anywayz, i do think you still enjoyed it... especially you have spent it with those dear to you...

Yes you are right. But, I still missed my parents and children. They live in the Netherlands. I live in Berlin. We wanted to go there, but cash is low. Have not seen them in two years. My children are big, 23 and 21. But still. On days like Christmas, I miss them the most. Take care.

I was just at home the whole day yesterday and spent time with my family and relatives who came to our house for a visit. I was quite tired when evening came but it's okay because I was able to spend the whole day meaningfully. I love Christmas even though at the end of the day my wallet was already almost empty. But I can't explain the feeling of happiness that I was able to give to others. It really is better to give than to receive.
