I think I am fixing to get up and take mine down right now. I want to get my house clean again. It has been so messy through the holidays because of all the presents and stuff. I want it spotless again.

We're not going to take ours down until after New Years. It hasn't been up that long. We didn't get it up until Christmas Eve anyway. There was just no time before then. Actually, either it was there was no time, or we were just lazy.

It was either we put it up on Christmas Eve, or if we didn't put the tree up, we'd have to take all of our presents down to my mom's and open them there. That was the choice we had to make.

Ugh! If I had waited that late I would not have even put one up. It seems like such a chore and so that is why I like it up all month.

Hi bailey~Well, I only have a tiny two foot tree this year. I don't take my tree down until the New Years Day. That has always been when I take my decorations down and put them away. I like to have the tree up until the. I just like to look at. It's just so pretty, and it doesn't get to stay up long as it is. So I like to keep it up as long as possible!

I just get tired of the clutter and mine is up for the whole month. We put it up the day after Christmas.

I'm not sure but it will probably be rather soon that I take it down. No one else seems to want to be too involved in taking down or putting up decorations or even cleaning up after themselves here so I'm usually stuck with the task of removing things. So I guess I'll probably do it by the beginning of next week. I hate taking things down too early but I hate them staying up forever too.

I usually take it down late Christmas night but it's still up , this year I was going to wait longer but I'm already tired of it and will take it down this weekend. What I hate is outside decorations left up way past the holidays.

We always take ours down New Years day. Has been our family tradition since as far back as I can remember. Wouldn't want to break a family tradition now.

We usually leave the tree up until New Years, sometimes afew days after. Just depends. Sometimes we put the tree up very early, other times we don't. So it depends. This year it is up until about New Years day. That is pretty normal. Happy New Year!!

My tree came down on christmas eve. I couldn't find the rest of my decoration. So I just took it down. It just didn't feel like christmas to me anyway. I guess because the way money is now.

I'm feeling the exact same way! The Christmas Tree takes up so much space, and I had to completely rearrange my living room to get it to fit... My piano has been shoved into the corner, behind the couch for a whole month now and I am SO READY to get my house back to normal! As for being messy, I hear ya! I can't believe how much packaging it takes to secure ONE Barbie Doll!!! Our outside trash can is overflowing! And we only had a couple gifts for each of the kids! LOL
