is anybody else having problem with their referrals?

I recently referred my sister on myLot but I did not get the usual notification that I referred a new user on myLot. I already sent a report to myLot regarding this problem and asked them how the problem will be solved. I was the one who typed in my referral link (and made sure I was typing in the right one, mind you) so I know that she should be registered under me. Then I also found out that a friend of mine already joined myLot using the email I sent her, but I also didn't get a notification for that.
Anybody else having the same problem? This should be fixed right? I don't want to just let this pass. I know that I'm mainly thinking about the benefits of having referrals but I believe I earn them because of the sales talk I gave my sister and my friends.

Regarding about your sister, did you use a different computer to register her account under you? Maybe, just maybe, myLot detected it and considered it null because it could be a form of cheating in a sense that it appears to them that you have two myLot accounts. If i'm wrong then maybe it jus takes time to approve referrals.
I don't have referrals of my own and that's my problem lol! I can't seem to convince people to join under my name.

I used a computer at home that I previously logged onto using my account. They do allow using multiple accounts, I read the terms. And I filed a report because they said that if such problem were encountered then we should report it. However, I still haven't received any reply. Regarding the process taking some time, I think that's not the case because I've referred several people (though they aren't participating), and I know that it takes only a moment before I receive the notification.

I have not refered anyone to mylot yet. I have been trying to think of ways to do this and I have not thought of any ways yet. I want to place banners on my profile page but have been unable to do so at the moment. I wish I could help you but as I stated I have not figured that out yet.
