is it cancer, Aids or heart attack? weird as it might sound i really dread heart attack, because it's the single largest killer of all times, and strikes anyone and everyone. does not even spare kids. So which of theses three do you dread most and why?

I used to fear cancer but now I am a 16 year cancer survivor and unless I was infected by any tainted needles during all my cancer surgery and treatments I don't fear Aids. I do worry about heart problems as that ran on my mother's side of the family.

I dread all diseases any one that can kill me, and I have diabetes now and that kills too. of the two three you mentioned cancer, because you suffer in horrible agonizing pain sometimes for years before it finally kills you, a heart attack is usually quick and it is over, and many people have heart attacks and survive as well, of course that happens with cancer too, but if we are talking about the disease absolutely killing you then it is cancer because of the years of suffering.

I don't dread diseases any longer it seems the older one gets that feeling or thinking seems to just disappear or ease up...I guess you just come to the realization that one you will die from something so i just don't care about it anymore...and by the way diseases i use to dread were cancer, heart attack and aids...

A disease which is slow and lingering and I start losing my faculties one by one, I am a very independent person and have to do everything for myself, I couldn't bear having to rely on my basic needs being looked after by someone else. When I die I want to die quick, not slow, dying in my sleep and having something that is eating away at you slowly bit by bit feels me with utmost dread. Cancer and Aids are the two I fear the most.
