for different people it will be different things of course, for me I love the meaty texture of it.

well yes, I don't like beef that is so tough that it tastes like shoe leather, and I don't like my beef well done for that reason, I eat mine medium and I like it about a half inch think and I like filet mignon, t bone, sirloin, rib steak

I love steak - it's not only the smoke flavor; it is the crispy outside, tender meat within plus the juice! I like it medium rare - well done would be really overcooked to me!
