Anyone Having Problems With Myspace When Using Fire Fox?

every time i go to log in to myspace with firefox it is freezing up my browser bad.. i thought it was just a fluke so i waiting and its still doing it a couple of days later so i am having to use IE (yuck!) am i the only one? i really hate using IE for ANYTHING!!

Did you recently made any updates or upgrades to your Firefox? Or added any new add-on in the browser? That could be something that is causing your browser to behave erradically. Need to know before we can see if it is a problem that is solvable.

Well, you can always try an alternative browser to access the site. If IE is not something you like, then try Opera. Or Chrome. They are both good browsers that can complement the Firefox for situations like these.

i dont think so.. i know myspace kept making it to where the pages wouldnt load for awhile and it is doing it on my hubbys pc too but this locking up everything is new and i dont think there is anything different

I actually don't use myspace very often because it takes FOREVER to load on dialup and I get too impatient. I only use facebook at my moms house because it also takes along time to load on dial up. PS I hate IE too.

I'm out in the boonies too - i could invest in satellite internet but its high cost to setup and over 80 dollars a month service fees. I dont think i can afford it.

never used satellite - like i said i cant afford it. and dude :P you hear me complain about dailup ALL the time :P it sucks and blows and drags!

Aawww...I'm so sorry to hear you don't like IE, and I don't blame you. But, I myself cannot answer this for you, but I can pass along to you this: My boyfriend is stationed in Iraq and for the longest time, he couldn't get onto his MySpace page. He thought it wasn't deeming him worthy. Well, it turned out it was a Fire Fox mishap so now he knows to go onto another browser. *Pleiades

i guess i will just have to keep going through ie and see if that works grrr!!
