Not sure if you have heard of a dream board. It's basically a card board on which you stick everything you want to have (images cut from magazines mostly). I think I am going to make one for 2009 (will take a picture and share with you guys later if I finally complete) because I remember someone told me, "if you want something, you have to constantly look at it to want it bad enough, then you would get the motivation to get it." I will try it and see if my friend's philosophy works!

Hello wondericequeen, Maybe that is a good idea. I never heard of it before. If it really works, I should try to have a dream board too. Lets see whether your dream board really can motivate you to get what you want. Tell me the result...

Yes I will keep you posted! I haven't made it yet due to some emergency to attend to! I will make it during the Chinese New Year *smiles*.

I have heard of these before but I haven't actually done something like this but I have done things similiar to this to obtain the things that I have wanted. It's all about positive thinking and working hard to achieve what you want. Having a reminded every day of what you are working for really helps, that's why dream boards are great.

Hey that's a good idea. Maybe i should try it on January 1 to be exact. But i think i would go for the digital type of board. I mean i would create one like on Photoshop. Bringing along a cardboard might get the attention of the people here at home so it would be too annoying for me for them to ask questions about it lol! Maybe i can post my "cardboard" on my blog so i will be reminded all the time.

I think it is a great idea. I made a dream board some years ago, and it was very useful. I used a combination of pictures and words (positive affirmations) It was kind of funny, because I made the dream board, I used it for a while and then I forgot about it. About a year later I found the dream board that I had made and many of the things I had put there was now a part of my life, not everything of course but quite a lot of things.

Yes I think that would be useful too to constantly remind yourself of what you want in life!
