How to loose my weight??

I have the problem of over weight always. Please suggest me some tips to shed my extra fat. I know some of the tips but i am not that much consistent enough to do that regularly. So, please suggest me those tips which can be done regularly without any break.

to loose weight go for jogging in morning everyday kepp a balance dite timing and eat less at night do exercise and take plenty of water

Nicedude,there are only three ways to lose weight, eat less calories than your body uses, increase the amount of calories your body burns, or a combination of the two. Basically your looking at diet and exercise. Most people can change their diet for a short period of time, but then return to their bad habits and the weight returns. Any programs that modify your diet as a perminate change and includes exercise is better than going on and off diets. Also make sure you get a check up from your Doctor to rule out medical reasons for your weight gain and to insure your physically okay to exercise. Also be aware that there is sometimes a psychological aspect associated with eating. Start with small changes in your food choices that you can live with and exercise that you can do on a regular basis, like walk 20 min a day every other day, use stairs, park a little further away from work or shopping. As you become use to these make other healthy choices. You should not lose more than 1-1/2 to 2 lbs a week. Also make sure you are getting enough sleep, as it is important for your body to do repairs and is often overlooked. Good luck. Terry

Simple spend much time in Gym and take food that is rich in protein and drink more water i feel drinking 10 liters of water per day gives best difficult i know drinking 10 liters is very difficult even i can't do this but try to drink as much as you can and you should not take food that is rich in fat

I can only suggest you drink lots of water and get exercise each day. Walking is a good way to begin a weight loss program. Instead of eating 3 big meals each day, eat 5 or 6 little meals. I do know several people who have lost lots of weight joining Weight Watchers and they do keep the weight off. I've been told by several doctors that swimming or aerobics in a pool is the best way to help keep the body in shape. My problem is not a weight issue but a back problem which causes me pain all the time. It's easier for me to get into a pool instead of walking.

write down every single thing that goes into your mouth in the way of food and how much you have eaten, then you will see how you can loose the weight and cut down the amounts of food that you have been eating. also, drinking plenty of water and exercises have helped me!
