What do you eat for breakfast?

I try to maintain a low carb, low fat lifestyle. Sometimes it is low cal bread with peanut butter, other times I will have a bowl of whole grain cereal, or egg beaters. There are days when I have to have an egg, runny, the kind you dip your bread into. And, sausage. I love sausage. I have found turkey breakfast sausage a healthy alternative to fatty pork sausage.

I love oatmeal. It is one of the whole grain cereals I have for breakfast. I have never tried soy milk. Soy gives me gas.

I eat breakfast about thrice or less than thrice a week. I know it's the most important meal but I just don't get to eat breakfast during morning.

When my hubby is making breakfast, it is always pancakes or cheese omelts. When I make it, it's french toast or hot cereal. I like oats, and grits.

I alternate my breakfasts. Some days i have nutty muesli with fat free yoghuty or i have hi fibre cereal or there are days when i crave something greasy and down right fatty. So i end up with toasted sandwiches or fried eggs and chicken rashers.......

I don't eat breakfast most of the time. I know it's not a healthy habit, but I am never hungry when I get up. I drink a cup or two of coffee and that's it. I'm usually good for 3 or 4 hours till I even start thinking about food. I do eat alot of "breakfast" meals at other time though. My favorite is...scrambled eggs, bacon, fried potatoes with onions, toast with jam and a pancake. I don't have that too often though. Usually its Oatmeal cooked, not instant, cereal with some kind of berries ie: Special K w/red berries, or an kind of eggs with toast and jam. I absoluely love "Breakfast Buffets" were they have all kinds of different things. Then you can make a super breakfast with just a little bit of many things...it's awesom.

I usually just quickly prepare some choco cereal and eat 1 or 2 bananas along I wish I had time to prepare a good breakfast :( But I barely just wake up before my college classes.. Sometimes when I have time, I would prepare an omelet with cheese, tomatoes and maybe some minced beef =D Btw, thanks for your tip about turkey sausage, I've always loved sausage, but been afraid it would turn me fat again :D I'll definitely give it a try !!
